Is asphalt cheaper than concrete?

Is sealcoating a driveway worth it?
Yes, when the asphalt is still in sound condition. Sealcoating helps protect the surface, but it won’t rebuild a failed base or level depressions.
When can I drive on new asphalt or fresh sealcoating?
We recommend waiting 72 hours for a new asphalt driveway. Plan to keep vehicles off fresh sealcoating for 48 hours after the final coat. Humid conditions may require 72 hours or longer. Follow your crew’s instructions for your project.
