Excellent job and completely professional. Our driveway had a big dip on one side. Pro-Seal. took out that part of our driveway, put in a new base and put down the amount of asphalt needed to bring that part of the driveway up so that it is flat across to the other side. They also filled in the cracks and seal coated the rest of the driveway. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt our rep checked in a few weeks after I reached out about needing a driveway. Showed up, measured, scanned, and used their application to quote out taking care of a new almost 200 foot long driveway for us right in the moment. The quote was competitive, but the best part was seeing the lengths they went to to make sure they were competitive. How many guys the job would take, what trucks they would run, which asphalt plant and how far away it was. FAR more confidence inspiring than "Uh yeah it'll be X". Their quote came instantly with loads of additional information that really solidified our decision to go with them. To be honest, Matt had already made up my mind for me way before the quote even hit my email box (which was before I reached my front door). The whole team showed up this morning, got straight to work. They were kind, experienced, and customer centric. The whole team did a great job and worked very efficiently. I was the second visit of the day, and they still had another one to go do right after - hard workers! We couldn't be happier. Look forward to reaching out to these guys to handle sealing next summer when the new driveway has offgassed and settled. To say they did right by us is an understatement. GO PRO SEAL!

After learning that Mr. Asphalt was no longer doing repairs, sealing & striping in the Chesterfield, Va area, we were concerned. Easy, efficient, and overall great experience working with Pro-Seal on our residential driveway. They tore up the existing asphalt, poured a new layer, and even added a little cut off to the side to allow us more room to maneuver multiple cars where it was previously too narrow. Not the cheapest game in town but worth the extra to make sure it got done correctly. The sales and install team were extremely professional and we couldn’t t be happier with how it turned out.

Ray and his team recently installed my new driveway. Upon arrival, Ray introduced himself and advised me of what I could expect for the day. He and his team were detailed oriented and very careful to not damage the lawn or surrounding areas. Ray and his team did an excellent job even with a cobble stone bordered driveway. Their estimate was even lower than 2 other competitors .

In July of 2023, Pro Seal did a drive replacement at a very reasonable price. The material was thick and relatively smooth and care was exercised with the placement within the existing brick border. The replacement was nearly twice the thickness of my original drive with one miner roller mark which I anticipated being concealed during the sealing process the following year. Here it is one year later and I contracted Pro Seal to seal my investment. I was quoted a price less than expected because this was my first time sealing the drive. They again started off addressing the edges and taking care around the brick border. However, when they sprayed the sealant to the interior of the drive, the material was applied somewhat unevenly and thin in various locations throughout the drive. I was somewhat dis-satisfied and felt my investment wasn’t adequately protected in certain areas. Per Pro Seal company statement "a commitment to going the extra mile every time for every client has established Pro-Seal Services as a company that stands head and shoulders above the rest in the paving and seal-coating arena" They came back and did the complete drive over again, spreading the material ‘by hand’ and I couldn’t ask for a better job. If I were to purchase the amount of material used and did the job myself, I don’t think it would be any cheaper. The sealant is also superior to what you get at the box stores. I offered additional compensation but they declined. In conclusion, the drive is solid, fully sealed, and has great curb appeal compared most drives in the neighborhood.

The product and work were top notch. The team was punctual, polite, and efficient. The only down side was that once I signed the contract, I wasn't contacted to schedule. I ended up taking the initiative to schedule but they were very accommodating and flexible with my schedule.

We had a challenging job to replace the driveway based on placement of our fence across the driveway. Kevin and Ray took great care to explain how they would complete the section inside the fence so it would look just like the main section of the driveway. They worked with us around scheduling challenges and responded to questions and returned phone calls outside of normal business hours. It was a pleasure working with the pro-seal team! Outside of how great the driveway looks, you wouldn't even know they had been here! I highly recommend them for your driveway replacement projects!

I would like to share that this is a great group of workers!! They do an excellent job!! They are family men with excellent customer service. It is disappointing that ones perception of what is happening is posted for all the world to see in order to tarnish their livelihood. Perception is not fact. What is fact is that this African American man is parked in the back of a store. What can be implied is that he is taking a bathroom break, what can also be implied is there is a leak he is looking at and speaking to someone on the phone regarding. Fact: You taught your four year old that its okay to take a picture of someone and post, this can also be implied as cyber bullying. Great Parenting!!!

I had several quotes on my asphalt and paving job. Chris stated he would do something no one else has stated in their proposal which was lining up the asphalt to the sidewalks so it would be even. My husband is knowledgeable about that so we went with him. Him and his crew were very professional and quicker than I thought they would be. They gave me instructions and cleaned up everything. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to others.

I can not say enough positive things about Kevin Stroud and his entire team at Pro-Seal. I was hit with a long list of HOA violations at the end of my real estate transaction with limited time to make corrections. Pro-Seal worked me into the schedule within my re-inspection needs, not only once, but twice! The driveway that once had dips, cracks, grass growing through, was faded and more was repaired and sealed beautifully, looking brand new. Then an unexpected flash heavy rain and storms came through the area and washed away much of the hard work put into the driveway. I was immediately re-added to the schedule to stay within my HOA timeframe. They worked me in at the end of their day just to ensure an expedited finished product, not even beginning their work until 6pm. Now that is dedication! I was grateful for their kindness, excellent skilled worked, and cooperative and communicative team. To add to the excellent service their price was below others. You can't get better than that. We have used Pro-Seal since 2015 and continue to have the best experience, from job quotes to execution, everything is top notch. It rained after our most recent driveway sealing job last year. I reached out to Lisa about some spots that seemed to have worn away quicker as a result and she sent a crew out and resealed the entire driveway again for us at no extra cost! This is almost 4,000 square feet of driveway. You can’t beat their exceptional customer service.
