The service I received from this company was excellent. They were very upfront about the proposed cost estimate and provided sound recommendations, fully acknowledging that all businesses must account for their time, level of effort, staff, and equipment. They arrived with the proper equipment and a well-prepared team to complete the job correctly. Despite bringing in large trucks and heavy equipment, there was no noticeable damage to my manicured lawn or the area near my driveway, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, they were helpful, attentive, and made sure every one of my concerns was addressed. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work, and customer-focused service.
Excellent job and completely professional. Our driveway had a big dip on one side. Pro-Seal. took out that part of our driveway, put in a new base and put down the amount of asphalt needed to bring that part of the driveway up so that it is flat across to the other side. They also filled in the cracks and seal coated the rest of the driveway. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
Just had our driveway completely redone from removal of the existing (nearly 40 years old) to its replacement, and we couldn't be happier. Professional from start to finish, from quote to completion.
Matt our rep checked in a few weeks after I reached out about needing a driveway. Showed up, measured, scanned, and used their application to quote out taking care of a new almost 200 foot long driveway for us right in the moment. The quote was competitive, but the best part was seeing the lengths they went to to make sure they were competitive. How many guys the job would take, what trucks they would run, which asphalt plant and how far away it was. FAR more confidence inspiring than "Uh yeah it'll be X". Their quote came instantly with loads of additional information that really solidified our decision to go with them. To be honest, Matt had already made up my mind for me way before the quote even hit my email box (which was before I reached my front door). The whole team showed up this morning, got straight to work. They were kind, experienced, and customer centric. The whole team did a great job and worked very efficiently. I was the second visit of the day, and they still had another one to go do right after - hard workers! We couldn't be happier. Look forward to reaching out to these guys to handle sealing next summer when the new driveway has offgassed and settled. To say they did right by us is an understatement. GO PRO SEAL!
After learning that Mr. Asphalt was no longer doing repairs, sealing & striping in the Chesterfield, Va area, we were concerned. Living in Hitty Hawk, NC we were not familiar with paving companies in the Richmond area. My wife and I had to settle on reviewing reviews and landed on Pro-Seal Paving as to choosing. . A blessing for the right choice, quick on site appointment, working with Chris has been a pleasure with ease. Ray and his repair crew were on it, they worked well together and quickly. Shawn, Trick & Coop with the sealing and striping division were great. I was on site for all phases, all crew leaders answered any questions and seemed to really care as to any of my concerns. Easy, efficient, and overall great experience working with Pro-Seal on our residential driveway. They tore up the existing asphalt, poured a new layer, and even added a little cut off to the side to allow us more room to maneuver multiple cars where it was previously too narrow. Not the cheapest game in town but worth the extra to make sure it got done correctly. The sales and install team were extremely professional and we couldn’t t be happier with how it turned out.
Ray and his team recently installed my new driveway. Upon arrival, Ray introduced himself and advised me of what I could expect for the day. He and his team were detailed oriented and very careful to not damage the lawn or surrounding areas. The weather was hot and humid but they were all smiling, working in coordination and intent on customer satisfaction. The representation of Pro Seal by this team ensured I will use Pro Seal for future maintenance. I hope the crew is advised of this review.
Thanks ProSeal for doing such a great job on sealing our driveway! They were professional, on time, and their work was very detailed. They took the extra time to do it right. I’d also like to thank their office manager Morgan for keeping us up to date on scheduling changes for weather and when the team was going to arrive. I’m very pleased with their work.
